This year Carnegie Hall celebrates the work of the most widely performed living composer, Arvo Pärt. Pärt created his own musical language, tintinnabuli, which builds on the harmonics of bells to create works of simplicity and power.
On October 23 at 6 PM, join Morningside for a pre-concert dinner talk by Dr. Nathaniel Peters before heading to Carnegie Hall as we hear some of the world’s greatest musicians celebrate the musical and spiritual profundity of Pärt’s greatest works. A small number of tickets are available to current students who RSVP.
