The Morningside Institute is a §501(c)(3) organization, gifts to which are deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes.
The User Agreement set forth in the web site is governed and interpreted under the laws of the United States of America and the state of New Jersey, without giving effect to its conflicts of laws provisions. If any portion of the User Agreement is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
